The American Culinary Federation of Southern Oregon has organized some great benefits for all of the Tasting Hosts for Pear A Fare Stroll.
If you choose to participate, you’ll receive an ACF student as a serving assistant to help you collect tickets and serve your dish. You’ll also receive a very generous gift certificate from one of our local restuarant supply companies, to help you offset the price of providing this taste. You will also receive a case of wine or artisan brew that will be served at the tent.
We’re also working on locating OLCC servers to help pour any wine or spirits you would like to serve to accompany your taste dish.
This fantastic marketing opportunity will help introduce your restaurant to public, and hopefully “hook” new patrons for your restaurant. Your name and location will be featured on the handout maps, and also in the Mail Tribune Pear Blossom Special Section. We’ll feature you here on our website with a link to your restaurant. If you have a facebook page, we’ll make your facebook page a favorite of the Pear A Fare facebook page.
There is no charge to participate. However you will need to register, to be included on the map and receive the advertising and gift certificate.
